Enjoy the experience of a single-origin, artisanal coffee, shade-grown in the mountains of Las Marías, Puerto Rico. Our beans are 100% Arabica (Limaní and Bourbon varieties), cultivated using agroecological principles in harmony with nature, and completely free of chemicals and pesticides.
 Meticulously hand-harvested, pulped, and sun-dried for 9 to 10 days, it features a medium-dark roast that highlights natural chocolate, nutty, and caramel notes. The result is a full-bodied cup with elegantly low acidity.
