Our story doesn't begin with a cup, but with a deep respect for the land that sustains us.
Finca Café Conuco was born in the town of Las Marías, Puerto Rico, with the purpose of demonstrating that it is possible to grow the highest quality coffee in perfect harmony with nature.
On the slopes of the Uroyán sector, we work the land using a permaculture and agroecological model. This means our coffee plants grow in the shade of native trees, we protect water sources, and we nourish the soil organically. There's no room here for chemicals or artificial pesticides; we prefer the mountain's biodiversity to be our greatest ally.
Each grain that arrives at your home has been meticulously hand-harvested by people who love agriculture, hand-pulped, and patiently dried under the field sun.
